Facts about Fat

You're eating right. You're busting your tail in the gym. But your fat is just stuck to your sides like a shadow to the pavement.

Instead of only relying on fat burners, and boosting your metabolism to burn fat, wouldn't it be nice if you could literally halt the production of new fat short of zapping it with a laser? Well you can, by remaining true to your clean diet, continuing that fat burning furnace through your rigorous workout, and last but certainly not least, by incorporating certain foods within your diet that will obliterate the factors that lead to the growth of new fat.

The human body has many forms of tissue. Angiogenesis occurs as a natural process where new blood vessels develop from existing ones. Most people's concern is the production of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) within adipose tissue (fatty tissue).

Read the following scholarly articles for information as to how angiogenesis within adipose tissue occurs and the foods you can consume to prevent its growth within this particular tissue.

Foods that inhibit angiogensis within adipose tissue: Garlic, onions, berries and mushrooms. Have them raw or as close to raw as possible.

Your daily bullet: honey or agave nectar,

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 4 - 6 cloves of freshly minced garlic.

Swallow these in the same fashion you would your supplements...these foods ARE YOUR SUPPLEMENTS. The garlic is also an excellent anti-parasitic and it along with the onions are excellent cleansers of the plaques that build up in your blood vessels (arteriosclerosis). We've all heard of the colon cleansing, and even the cleansing of the blood. The vessels themselves need to be cleansed also and these help to open the pathways.

Success!
